Summer House, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Roxana Palomares as our new Executive Director, effective September 2024. Roxana has been an integral part of the Summer House family for over a decade, demonstrating unwavering dedication and leadership throughout her journey with the organization.

Prior to her new role, Roxana served as Summer House, Inc.’s Controller from 2022 to 2024. Before that, she was the Program Manager for the Woodland Summer House Residential Program, where she played a key role in enhancing services for our community. Her journey with Summer House began on December 17, 2013, marking the start of her deep commitment to supporting individuals through social services.

Reflecting on what initially drew her to Summer House, Roxana shared, “It sounded like a great organization to work for—and I was right. Summer House is truly committed to providing our clients with the best quality of life possible. What excites me most about the social services field is that no matter where you choose to work, you are always doing something that involves helping others.”
